Your subscription pays only for access to the LinkLocal dashboard and directory listing. LinkLocal is not a marketplace, booking platform, lead broker, digital-content platform or payment intermediary: no goods, services, quotes, bookings or customer payments are transacted between businesses and consumers through this platform. We do not process consumer payments, hold funds, pay out third parties or take commission on any work you win. Customers contact listed businesses directly and pay them directly, outside LinkLocal.

What am I actually paying for?

Do you take a cut of jobs I win?
No. Your monthly or yearly software subscription is the entire cost. Customers contact you directly, pay you directly outside LinkLocal, and any work you win is 100% yours.
Is LinkLocal a marketplace?
No. LinkLocal does not sell customer jobs, take bookings, process customer payments, hold funds, arrange payouts or take commission. It is subscription software for managing a public business listing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in one click. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Do I need to be a registered business?
Yes — we verify a CIPC registration, ID and proof of address before your listing goes live. This keeps trust high for customers.
